Sorry guys, not too many pictures to share.....I think Kathryn's memory card for her camera must be corrupted - some of her pictures were not usable. My camera works fine...if only I remember to bring it with me AND if I did remember to bring it with me that I would actually REMEMBER to use it...LOL! Anyway, here's a few pics to share
This is Pas Peter Khoo - he looks like a Westerner but he is all Malaysian! I have known him since we were 13 years old and that was a LOOOOOOONG time ago :-) His church is one of our supporting churches since 2006. Both he and his wife are great encouragement and blessing to us. We always enjoy being with them.
Tony giving the altar call - he looks kinda blurr in the picture but it really is him., I promise! We continue to be encourage by the responses of the people at every service we had preached in. About half his church came for the altar. We trust God to continue His work in the lives of His people.
We have the real Starbucks in Malaysia but this is the local version! A little kiosk by the road side and it cost a fraction of what it would have cost us to have coffee at the "real" Starbucks. But they have the good coffee and tea!
I thought I post this cute picture of Vickie and Anna. Vickie is known as "cookie monster" in our family because she is a MAJOR cookie eater. Her first word was not "mama" or "papa" but "cookie" - we have video to prove it! She was very excited when she found this t-shirt at a flea market....Anna loves her shirt too!
This weekend we will be travelling to Ipoh for the Missions Sunday for two churches - both has been supporting our ministry. We are praying the Lord will challenge the hearts of the people for missions. Please pray for us. We have 3 services altogether. Tony wll preach on the Saturday special service and he and I will preach in a different church each on Sunday, and the girls will be giving an instrumental special of "Shine Jesus Shine" - please pray for all of us! I promise I will try to do better with pictures this time!
After our time of ministry, we will be heading to Penang - a wonderful resort island - a vacation place like Mombasa/Florida - depending on your frame of reference :-) for our much looked forward to vacation! We have not had a vacation the last two years! I cannot tell you how excited we all are! A friend managed to arrange for our rooms and yesterday a wonderful family even gave us a love offering for our gas and "spending" money - God is SO SO GOOD!!!!!!
This afternoon Tony will be preaching at a Full Gospel Businessman chapter in Damansara Jaya, but he will drop us off at a nearby mall to meet with a friend....again, I will try to do better with pics!
