One month later

It's exactly one month ago that Kenya has found herself in this current turmoil and violence. It felt a lot longer than a month, if you ask me....I can only imagine what it must be like for those who hd been displaced. Fresh violence has erupted in Naivasha, the latest city to fall under the violence. About 800 homes were burnt.

I wish there were better news to report but there isn't....Let's keep praying

ONE YEAR LATER!!! Yes, it's one year later since our return to Malaysia and Max made it and is still with us :-) I cannot believe that it was a year ago since I posted my last entry, and I am finding it even more amazing that we have actually been "home" for a little over a year! I can say that life in Malaysia has been full of suprises and is fast and furious. I was inspired to blog again when I was going through our digital photos and doing some digital decluttering. I was amazed by how much has happened in just a year. So, over the next few days, I am hoping to get you all caught up withn all that has happened the last 12 months and I will try to post as many pictures as I can.....I am not very patient waiting for pictures to upload :-) Max - survived the 24 hour journey and seems to have adapted pretty good to Malaysian life. The Secrets of a Pastor's Marriage

Recently I posted a picture of myself and a beautiful bouquet of flowers,,,,It was one of those special moments in our marriage. I had been feeling pressured with an unending to do list and preparing for a missions trip. I was sharing with Tony how stressed I was before leaving to have a quick dinner with Vickie. When I returned home, Tony suprised me with this beautiful bouquet. He just wanted to bless and encourage me.  Yes, he's sweet and thoughtful and let me just put it out there once and for all, HE IS ALL MINE :) I was surprised by the number of people who liked the post.
